Wescott Hotel - Dubai

First, the rude reception insisted on extra fees for my late check-out, even after I explicitly communicated my needs. Then, the filthy condition of my room was unacceptable. Lastly, I would have appreciated an upgrade to make up for these multitude inconveniences, but I suppose that's too much to ask.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were neat. There were climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room, really enjoyed that. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was savoury to satisfy everyone.

i have stayed in the double room with a private safe, a mini bar, and an electronic key card. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, adjacent to metro. it's worth staying here and exploring bur dubai district.

During my short stay, I appreciated the accessibility to nearby attractions such as the Dubai Heritage Village and Al Shindagha Museum, which were just a walk away. The room offered a lovely view of the city that made my mornings feel special. the check-in process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

There is variety of savoury food for breakfast.

The views from the Superior Waterfront Twin room were fine. The room was equipped with universal sockets.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues . Upon arrival, the delay in room readiness was a significant inconvenience, as I had to wait for three hours despite prearrangements. There was an unmistakable garlic smell that lingered through the common areas, which wasn't pleasant during evening hours. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired-one day the cleaning service actually skipped my room entirely, frustrating.

The hotel offered a fine view of the sea that enhanced my mornings. Staff were engaging and keen to assist. The proximity to historical attractions made exploring the area very convenient.

The Superior City View Queen room had a decent setup, but I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness. One day, they actually skipped cleaning my room completely! The sound insulation could use some work too. I could hear noise at night. On the bright side, the view from the window was lovely and made mornings nice. It's close to the metro, which makes it super easy to explore the area.

during my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood and only about 800 meters from the Dubai Museum, making my daily city strolls super enjoyable with so much history and culture at my fingertips.

Stayed at wescott for 5 nights and loved the location. It's just a short walk to a metro station. The universal sockets in the room were super handy for our european plugs, a detail. Had a decent breakfast spread too, but the dining area got crowded.

The place is tidy and the bathrooms are quite clean.

Nice room with 24-hour reception. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. Lift was out of order.
